At NZXT, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance PC components and gaming gear. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return

  Log in to your NZXT account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
